Who does what in the company is sometimes not so easy to understand. And it's not always logical for the business either. 

 

What can Legal support me with? Do I need to contact Compliance, Data Governance or Security? Shall I ask procurement department or first of all to the purchasing lawyers? 

 

And once I've found out, how do I find the experts for my issue? Or is there a platform where I can already find the answer to my question myself?

 

We have also developed a KnowHow-Map for this: the “COMPANY NAVIGATOR”, here exemplified by the legal department. However, the concept can be implemented for any departments and connected areas within a company.
