E-learning and training in topics that are not part of employees' core competencies are generally not very sustainable or effective when it comes to the actual transfer of knowledge. This is one of the reasons why we develop KnowHow-Maps.
Nevertheless, there are of course topics that need to be covered regularly and in some cases verifiably for compliance reasons. However, it makes absolutely no sense to develop PowerPoint slides or elaborate/purchase costly standard e-learning courses - which are usually hardly viewed more than once - if you already have a KnowHow-Map on the respective topic.
We therefore develop simple and individualized training questions or quizzes for our customers that can be answered by the employees on the basis of the KnowHow-Maps on a "open books" approach. At the same time, employees discover the content and functionality of their KnowHow-Map.
We offer these e-learnings, or rather quizzes, in three versions and different languages:
- as copyable content: if you want to adopt or adapt the questions and answers and create the quizzes based on them yourself in the tool of your choice.
- as simple Microsoft Forms “clickers”: if it is not necessary to organize and prove participation and results in a Learning Management System. Of course, the content can be adapted to the individual needs of your addressees.
- as SCORM-compatible quizzes: so that you can integrate the quizzes into your Learning Management System. We use one of the world's leading tools for this, which works with all common LMS. You can review the content before implementation and have it customized by us, or you can customize it yourself with the “editor license” option.
