Connections
Select the "Draw Connection" tool in the left toolbar, click on one of the nodes you want to connect and finally on the second one - the connection is drawn.
As soon as you have clicked on the first node, it is marked with a small + symbol next to the node number on the drawing area in the editor. This shows you that you are about to draw a connection.
Every connection that is drawn automatically receives the standard design that is stored in the global design settings.
Select the line with a click to edit it. Once the line is selected, the quicktoolbar opens with the setting options for lines.

1. Select object template
When you drag a new connection, the global default design is automatically linked. Click this option to select a different object template. You can create your own object templates for connections or customise existing ones. Once you have selected a template, the design will automatically adapt to your connection.

2. Design settings
With this tool you can edit the design of the line: Colour, line thickness and style as well as beginning and end. In the quick toolbar you will find the most important setting options at a glance. For more advanced settings like shadows or to create your own object template, please click the button for "More options''.

4. Line labelling
Enter the labelling of the connecting line in these fields. You can choose between start, middle and end. If you want to adjust the design of the label, please select "More options" under the design settings or open the design settings of the side toolbox directly.
5. Delete line
Use this option to delete the selected line.

If you have selected a connection, you can directly open the design options from the left toolbar in addition to the quick toolbar. If you click on the "More options" option in the design settings section of the quick toolbar, the side toolbar opens with the extended setting options.
The side toolbar is divided into three main sections.
1. design options,
2. content management and
3. the settings and options for publishing the map.
When you select a link, the first section, design options, opens automatically.
